Softball workout 3/7/12

Warm up on the treadmill for 5 to 10 minutes
CORE
sit-ups 3X10
Stability ball leg raises 3X10
Medicine ball throws 2X12
Walking Lunges 3X 30 feet
Deadlifts  3X15
Hang snatch 2X8
Medicine ball slams 2X20
4 40 yard sprints
1 mile jog
