Warm-up:
Pullups and abs

Back:
Stiff arm pull-downs superset with underhand grip bent rows 10,10,10 each.
Wide grip high rows superset with vbar rows  8,8,8 each.
Body master rows  8,8,8 with forced reps.
Pullovers superset with incline pull-downs  8,10,12
